Accountants and advisers
A club-owner client tells you about plans to sell, take on a partner or retire.
Refer a project
Accountants, bankers, equipment suppliers, franchisors, landlords, coaches and managers: you are often the first to know that an owner is thinking of selling, or that an investor is looking for a club. Tell us about the project: once a written agreement is signed, we take it from there, in strict confidence.
How it works
In a few lines, without naming the person or the business: we get back to you within 24 business hours.
Before any introduction, a written referral agreement sets out how we work together and the terms of your fee.
With the person’s consent, you pass on their details or introduce us by email. We offer them a first confidential meeting, at no cost and with no commitment.
If the deal is completed with a signed deed, your referral is paid under the agreement.
Who can refer
A club-owner client tells you about plans to sell, take on a partner or retire.
You support operators and buyers looking for a sound project to finance.
You are in clubs every week and hear about projects before anyone else.
A franchisee wants to sell, or you are looking for independent clubs to convert.
A tenant is considering selling their business, or a property would suit a new club.
Coaches, managers, consultants: you know the field, its projects and its opportunities.
The framework
The framework and fee terms are set out in writing before any introduction.
Your referral is only paid if the deal is completed with a signed deed.
Your role ends with the introduction: the firm, which holds the professional licence, handles the negotiation and the deal on its own.
Your referral and the information exchanged are only disclosed to third parties with your consent, unless the law requires it.
Does your profession prohibit or restrict referral fees? You can still introduce a project to us: the agreement follows your rules and provides for no fee if they prohibit one.
Any professional in contact with fitness operators, buyers or investors: accountants, banks, equipment suppliers, franchisors, landlords, coaches, managers or consultants.
The terms are set out in a written referral agreement, signed before any introduction, when the project falls within our scope and is not already known to us. The fee is only due if the deal is completed with a signed deed; it is paid by Fitness Business Développement.
